Loves her Mommy

While I was working on [link] last night, Sophie hopped up onto the desk and sat on my shoulders. She snuggled up close and purred so loudly into my left ear. She was smiling, I can see it in these photos and my memory.
Some people say that cats don’t really love or care about their humans, but if they could all have seen that moment between mother and kitty last night I bet they’d be speechless. Sophie DOES really love me and I her. She did pick me after all and I’m thankful she is a part of my life.
